This quote means that it is important for you to be a CTR person because it can affect you greatly. If you become a CTR person then you will be lead down a path of greatness. You will know your way to success by just being a CTR person. If you don’t become a CTR person then you will be lead down a bad path that will affect you greatly. You will not be successful because you will be too busy choosing the wrong and forget what you want to do in life. This is why it is important to become a CTR person. There are many examples of why it is important to become a CTR person. For example, if you are invited to a party but have a test the next day, what do you do? A CTR person would just stay home and study in order to get a good grade on that test. You will then go on to graduate and go to college because you stayed focus. A non-CTR person would just go to the party and end up failing the test because of not studying. This person will later on not graduate and go on to be successful because they didn’t set their priorities straight like a CTR person would of. This is basically what I understood from this quote by Mr. Haymore.
