Health Educator
Duties and Responsibilities: Health
educators teach
people about behaviors that promote wellness. They develop and implement
strategies to improve the health of
individuals and communities. Community health workers collect data and discuss health concerns with members of
specific populations or communities.
Salary: $50,259-$67,759
Education: Most health educator jobs require a bachelor’s degree at
minimum. In some cases, health educators may require a master’s
degree, particularly for employment with state or federal public health
agencies. Undergraduate fields of study include
health promotion or health education, and often include an internship.

to be one because it doesn’t interest me. Also because I have another career in
mind already.
