This quote means that we should be able to have the courage to do what is right and continue it. We should also have the courage to stop what is wrong when we know it's not right. If you start and continue to do what is right then good will come your way and keep away the bad. If you stop what is wrong then all you will be left with is good. Another big part of this is having courage without it you won't be able to start, continue or stop anything. This is basically what this quote is trying to get across to you.There are many examples of how you need courage to start, continue or stop anything. For example you are being bullied by a another classmate so in order for you to be able to put a stop to it you need to have courage. With this courage you are able to talk to an adult about it and they provide you the help you need. Another example would be you being bullied by a classmate but you not being able to have the courage to put a stop to it and it getting worse. These are just a couple of the many examples of how important it is to have courage.
